Native pro recording app for higher-quality video capture

The challenge

Recording in Mozaik today happens in your browser. Browser-based recording can't reach the detailed, technical camera controls that your phone offers natively — like white balance, exposure, and colour and image processing — so the quality of what you capture is limited by what the browser allows.

Our approach

Let's explore a "pro" version of Mozaik's recorder built as a native smartphone app. A native app can tap into the detailed, technical camera options that browser-based recording will never expose — white balance and accurate skin tones, exposure, HDR handling, colour and image processing, blurred backgrounds, iOS native recording features like action mode and more — so your recordings look their best right from capture.
