The challenge
When you update a graphic, the new version doesn't automatically appear in the projects and templates that already use it. Those existing projects and templates keep the old version, and the only way to pull the update in today is to re-insert the graphic block or use "Replace graphic" to select the very same graphic again. That's unexpected — people assume an updated graphic simply updates everywhere it's used — and it means teams have to track down every affected project by hand.
Our approach
Let's make graphic updates propagate automatically. When a graphic is changed, the projects and templates that already use it should pick up the new version on their own — without anyone re-inserting the block or re-selecting the graphic via "Replace graphic".
