The challenge
Today, getting footage into Mozaik from someone outside your team means going through the guest journey, which is tied to a specific project and its scene structure — guests upload against predefined scenes and recordings. There's no simple way to just hand someone a link and let them drop in any files, in any number and format, without first setting up a project. That makes it harder to collect raw material from colleagues, freelancers, or partners when you don't yet have a structured project to receive it.
Our approach
Let's add a simple upload link — much like a cloud "share link" — that lets guests upload a virtually unlimited number of files of different types (video, image, audio, and more) with no project or scene structure required. Everything uploaded through the link lands directly in a folder in your Mozaik cloud, ready for you or a Mozaik automation to pick up and work with.
Expected impact
Collect files from anyone with a single link, with no project setup required
Accept many files of different types in one place, without a fixed structure
Have all uploads land straight in your Mozaik cloud, ready to edit or automate
Share update with 0 linked conversations as well
