Reorder your recordings within a track

The challenge

When you build a video from several recordings on the same track, the recordings stay in the order you first placed them. There's currently no way to change that order within the track — if you want a different sequence, you have to remove and re-add recordings to rebuild the timeline. This slows down anyone who just wants to quickly try a different flow or fix the order of their clips.

Let's make it possible to drag a recording left or right within its track to change its position, so you can reorder the recordings on a track directly in the timeline editor.
