Review public campaign submissions before AI automation runs

The challenge

When you share a campaign link publicly (for example on social media), anyone can submit through it as often as they like. If AI automation is switched on, every submission β€” including spam and joke entries β€” is cut automatically and eats into your video credits. Today the only workaround is to switch automation off entirely so you can sort submissions by hand first, which cancels out the benefit of automating in the first place.

Our approach

Add a moderation step for public campaign links so you stay in control of what actually gets processed. We're exploring two complementary directions:

  • A review-and-approval stage that holds incoming submissions from public links until you approve them, before any automatic editing starts.
  • A manual "run automation" trigger inside the project, so you can first remove unwanted submissions and then start automated editing only on the ones you want to keep.

Expected impact

  • Protects your video credits from being spent on spam or joke submissions.
  • Lets you keep AI automation switched on for public campaigns instead of disabling it.
  • Puts you in control of which submissions get edited, with no manual clean-up after the fact.
